WHAT'S THE STORY?
Getting organised is a cure for clutter: things which are in a disorganised, untidy state.
Clutter can be caused by internal or external factors and exists both physically and mentally.
Freeing yourself from clutter can give you more space, make you work more effectively, bring you creative freedom, or simply allow you to breathe. Your reason for getting organised may be completely different from the next person. Regardless of your reasons, the positive effects of organising can be felt by everyone.
I’ve always drawn comfort from simplicity and order, yet I only truly recognised the health benefits of organising in 2018. I began using organising as a tool to distract myself from noisy, anxious thoughts. The more organised I became, the less I felt like I needed to worry. I felt calmer and more focused. This massively boosted my emotional wellbeing.
Organising Solutions is my passion project. I offer guidance and practical support to help clients organise aspects of their homes, offices and lives. I realise the benefits of organising won’t be the same for everyone, but I hope to help others reach a place of peak emotional wellbeing through reducing clutter.
Besides the organising, I am also a qualified librarian. Fun fact - many librarians are superb organisers!
